Washoe Valley, South Truckee Meadows Water Reclamation Facility (STMWRF) Pre Construction Services, Reno Nevada. Current responsibilities include pre-construction CMAR management to development of pre construction CPM schedule with owner and key stakeholders with focus on; design deliverables, utility coordination, entity review cycles and CMAR contractor input and coordination for this $110M project.  Services also include assist and support of GMP negotiations, providing ICE services.  Recently awarded CM contract to manage 5 Early Works projects and a $100M Water Expansion project planned through 2022.
