The $84-million, 5,567-seat Dollar Loan Center is Henderson, Nevada’s new AHL home to Silver Knights. Center opened spring 2022 after completing design and construction in only 18 months.
At 200,000 SF, some design elements included in Dollar Loan Center feature aspects from T-Mobile Arena, where the Golden Knights play. They include a center club space overlooking center ice, similar to the Jack Daniels and Bud Light lounges and two triangular overhangs that were patterned off Hyde Lounge spaces at T-Mobile. RSPS had weekly on site presence through life of project support progress documentation, critical path performance, change order negotiations, sub-contractor risk review as support to prime contractor.
