Lyon County, WWTP Phase 4 Expansion, Reno, Nevada. Rock Solid responsibilities include development of pre- construction CPM schedule with owner and key stakeholders with focus on; design deliverables, utility coordination, entity review cycles and CMAR contractor input and coordination.  Further to provide bi weekly updating, to address performance review, as well variance and forecast reporting as relates to construction start. RSPS focus to proactively address risk areas and documentation of mitigation processes.
