Responsibilities:
- Develop, format, and manage marketing collateral, including qualifications, proposals, and project sheets.
- Maintain and update resumes for staff and project profiles to ensure materials reflect current experience.
- Plan, draft, and distribute RSPS’s bi-monthly newsletter to clients and industry partners.
- Manage RSPS’s social media presence by creating engaging, consistent content to elevate brand visibility.
- Research and identify new bid opportunities and assist with go/no-go and pursuit tracking.
- Support the planning and coordination of industry events, including conferences, networking functions, and golf tournaments.
- Collaborate with technical and leadership staff to ensure marketing materials are accurate, professional, and on-brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM/proposal software a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally between Reno, Las Vegas, and regional industry events.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction estimates based on engineering designs, drawings, site visits, contractual agreements, and associated materials
- Understand estimating scope of work, deliverables, level of engineering, schedule of execution, estimate structure, formats, reports
- Collect and correlate necessary project-related cost and schedule data needed to determine equipment, material, subcontract, construction labor, expenses, and such indirects as engineering and taxes
- Select relevant information to develop estimates based on engineering designs, site visits, and associated materials
- Combine estimate breakout and schedule milestones to produce a baseline cash-flow for Project Management and the cost engineering team
- Understand alternate contracting/project delivery methods
- Provide input on strategies, be creative and voice ideas and options to help book work, success hit ratio at 25% is needed, secure subcontractor coverage and active relationships, call subcontractors and secure their best numbers
- Analyze key themes and trends to verify all factors are properly considered, priced, and included in the project estimate
- Consult with vendors, personnel in other departments or engineers to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Light business travel may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction related field.
- Certification or licensure in cost estimating or value engineering, preferred
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a cost estimator in the construction industry.
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimating software, Excel, Timberline, or other similar estimating tools typical to the industry.
- Must have HeavyBid experience
- Extensive knowledge in cost estimating, schedule planning and management to evaluate constructability and field efficiencies.
- Must have a solid overarching competence of scope definition, quotation analysis, bid leveling, and unit pricing for all CSI specifications with an emphasis on general construction conditions and overall bid assembly and submittal.
- In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the construction industry. A sample of work will be required during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
- Directing and coordinating the efforts of the staff with specific areas of responsibility including scheduling, cost control, change management, and progress measurement.
