With a growing demand for more rooms, the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino expanded by constructing a new 250,000-square-foot tower. The new Gallery Tower includes nearly 500 new rooms and suites for this boutique hotel – bringing the total number of rooms to 1,124. The theme of the casino is industrial-chic with a new rooftop pool and 24/7 restaurant.
Rock Solid worked with the prime contractor and construction team from groundbreaking through opening of the new tower. Services included baseline planning, weekly progress reporting, and sub-contractor coordination.
